For one weekend only, we’re doing Porteno x Humble To-Go out of our Holt St takeaway window, exclusively for Broadsheet’s Dine Out Festival.
The menu is one big love letter to beef.
We're talking a dry-aged beef burger on a Humble milk bun; you can even add on “Beef” bacon, chips fried in beef tallow and a chocolate & amarena cherry tart with a crust made from beef fat.
Come down to Holt Street, order at the window and sit down to enjoy at our tables outside Humble or Porteño.

Porteño Beef Burger $28
Dry-aged Australian beef with housemade pickles, raw and caramelised onion, provolone and mustard, Bordelaise sauce all on a Humble milk bun.
+ Add "beef" bacon $5
Beef Tallow Fries $10
Chips cooked in beef tallow until golden and crisp.
Humble's Chocolate Beef Crust Tart $16
Chocolate and amarena cherry tart baked in a beef fat crust, finished with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
