For one weekend only, we’re doing Porteno x Humble To-Go out of our Holt St takeaway window, exclusively for Broadsheet’s Dine Out Festival.
The menu is one big love letter to beef.
We're talking a dry-aged beef burger on a Humble milk bun; you can even add on “Beef” bacon, chips fried in beef tallow and a chocolate & amarena cherry tart with a crust made from beef fat.
Come down to Holt Street, order at the window and sit down to enjoy at our tables outside Humble or Porteño.

The Porteño Beef Burger $28
A flame-grilled blend of Westholme Wagyu and Porteño dry-aged beef with housemade pickles, raw and caramelised onion, provolone, mustard and Bordelaise sauce on a Humble milk bun.

Beef Tallow Fries $10
Chips cooked in beef tallow until golden and crisp.
