Dress up, settle in and enjoy a night of celebration and indulgence as we say farewell to 2025!

With one relaxed seating from 6pm–10pm, guests will enjoy a generous 6-Course Banquet Menu.
Starting with a glass of Bollinger Champagne on arrival and featuring Westholme beef, caviar, lobster toast, Hervey Bay scallops and finishing with the celebratory Porteño Pavlova. 

The 6-course banquet is $350 per person with drinks charged on consumption on the night.
Pre-payment of $350 per person is required at the time of booking  and cancellations within 14 days of NYE are non-refundable.
